Information for FedEx:At the first prompt say "schedule a pick up" then at the next prompt press "0" to speak to a representative. Tell the representatives that you are using a return label. Provide your phone number and the tracking number located on return label. Confirm your address for pick up. Confirm number of boxes to be picked up. FedEx will provide a pick up date.
How long will it take to get a refund?Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
