Yes. The personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by us.
How do I know that you received my on-line order?
We will send you an e-mail confirming your order along with your order confirmation number. Anytime you would need to interact with us about your order, you would use this number as a reference.
When we ship your order, which is almost always the same day we receive it, we will send you another e-mail with your shipment tracking number. This will allow you to track your shipment from us to you .

Will I be charged sales tax?
Businesses residing in New York State or Nevada will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their state on the full amount of the order, less any shipping costs.
How much is my shipping charge?
Shipping depends on the city and state that you live in along with the total weight of the items you order. If you order 20 or more items, we can send you your order on a palette, which will help reduce the shipping cost significantly.
Can I still order on-line and pay COD?
Yes, the process would work the same way as if you had placed your order over the phone or through the mail. You would pay your $10.00 COD fee along with the price of your order to the delivery person.
Returns:
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
You may return it. We will either issue you a replacement for the product, or a refund. For returns on orders placed over 60 days ago a credit will be applied to your Cleaner’s Supply account, in leui of a refund, which may be used towards future purchases. Products must have been purchased in the last 365 days to be returned.
How do I return a product?
Complete return form included with your order. If you do not have a return label or return form please call customer service at 1-877-3- HANGER for an English speaking representative or e-mail us at customerservice@3hangersupply.com to receive a return label and form.
Pack items securely, including return form. Place return label on package. Write down tracking number of return label for your records.
Your package may be given to any FedEx Driver, taken to a FedEx store, dropped in a FedEx drop box Or Call 800-463-3339 to arrange for pickup.

At the first prompt say "schedule a pick-up" at the next prompt press 0 to speak to a representative.
Tell the representative that you are using a return label.
Provide your phone number and the tracking number located on return label.
Confirm your address for pick up.
Confirm number of boxes to be picked up.
FedEx will provide a pick-up date.

When will I receive my order, I need it now!
In-stock on-line orders received before 5:00 P.M. PST ship same day and take anywhere between 1 - 5 business days to ship.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives in a box that has been damaged during shipment, and the delivery person is still there, you need to refuse the shipment. You then need to either e-mail or call the customer service department and we will reship your order to you.
If you've been left a damaged package and the delivery person is gone, call or e-mail customer service immediately and we will issue a call tag for the damaged package and immediately reship your order.
Are you open to suggestions from your customers?
